Kelley Rainwater is a large scale transformation leader and consultant (a male dominated field) , author, animal, earth and human rights activist, Initiated Priestess in the IFA African (initiated name Oladeyi Fakorede Fakayode) and Sophian Gnostic spiritual traditions. She is also an experienced spiritual guide, workshop leader and ritualist for women. She was initiated into ancient women's rites of passage and wisdom in 2005 and initiates other girls and women as they feel called. She spent two years studying the Soul under the guidance of H.H. Acharya Shree Yogeesh, a renowned Jain Monk taking several vows (and given the name Videhi) to help know the Soul more intimately. She undertook extensive ancestor reverence work with Dr Daniel Foor who also trained her in various rituals in Mongolian shamanism and Tibetan Dream Yoga. She credits the earth (through gnosis) and numerous men and women teachers and guides for helping her become fully Woman and for the beautiful life she has created. She draws upon various traditions in her healing, ritual and initiation work and does not claim to represent one tradition. She is also highly experienced in dream analysis and dream work. She has studied under several master psychoanalysts and mythic astrologers who understand the individual and transpersonal nature of dreaming. She has used her own dreams to guide her life and life from the purpose of her soul informed through her ancestors and the earth.


She has been studying and researching systemic women's' oppression and social transformation for over 20 years. In 2010, she launched the Survey on American Womanhood receiving over 300 responses from around the US from a broad demographic of women.


As a transformation expert and executve, she has led and consulted on some of the largest organizational changes in corporate history involving over 30 Fortune 500 companies (e.g. Lockheed Martin, NetApp, Cisco, Symantec, The Gap, Genentech, The United Way) and broken the glass ceiling into C-suites (such as CEOs and CFOs) and Boardrooms. She is currently a transformation consultant for one of the most prestigious innovation investment banks in the world. Kelley is a sought after consultant and executive coach and mentor to men and women. She is a master trainer and facilitator in large group event design and execution that produce innovative changes and solutions that stick through harnessing group genius.


Kelley has published award-winning articles on the topics of organizational transformation and leadership, has served as a coach and faculty member for the UNDP (United Nations Development Programme) to over 100 country office leaders who were leading poverty, HIV and gender equality programs and in the Masters of Organizational Change program at Hawaii Pacific University. Kelley has also started and served on the board of several educational non-profits including Dhaturra, The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, the Chapel of the Divine Mother, The Institute of Applied Organizational Design & Transformation and The Earth Medicine Alliance. She has also been serving as an advisor to the Board of Directors of the Center for Mindful Self Compassion.


As an activist she supported the movement to end sex trafficking by serving as an executive producer and consultant to the multi-award winning documentary Stopping Traffic which has reached millions of viewers across the world. She was also the lead organizer of the Dakota Pipeline peace rally in Dallas, Texas which was covered by the media and has served in several activist roles for women's and animal rights causes.


Kelley brings a very rare mix of accomplished spiritual Priestess and corporate transformation leader to her being. She has integrated masculine and feminine and worked to harmonize polarities within her that make the impossible possible.


She holds a BS in Fashion Design from Texas Woman's University, an MBA in International Management studies from the University of Texas at Dallas, an MA in Transpersonal Psychology with focus on women's spirituality and indigenous wisdom from The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology, and PhD studies in Organizational Systems Inquiry from Saybrook University. Kelley also holds an advanced Executive Coaching certification from the California Professional School of Psychology.


With her partner Curran and 2 large dogs, Raya & Lex , she spends her time living in Texas and Arizona. She loves cooking, fashion design, creating beauty, hiking, star and sky gazing in nature, dream analysis, creating sanctuary for others, and is a voracious reader. Her personal mission is for every girl and Woman to know the GIFT she is to the world.
